Japanese Beef Stack
Marinated fillet of beef , stacked upon a mild wasabi rosti, sauteed wombok and radish , shitake mushrooms and fresh snow shoots , surrounded by a Japanese soy and ginger glaze

Calamari
Semolina dusted calamari pieces tossed through a lemon ,balsamic and roquette , served with aioli

Asian Style Pork Belly
Pork belly, slow cooked with lemon grass and honey , served on citrus infused cucumber cucumber ribbons pickled ginger and a rocket and cashew pesto

Tarte Tatin
Caramelized Shallot and balsamic Tarte Tartin sat on a bed sauteed mushrooms and spinach surrounded by its own reduction

Szechuan Quail
Grilled Quail seasoned with Szechuan pepper,served with grilled polenta ,asparagus spears and crispy prosciutto topped with a poached quail egg, shaved parmesan and truffle oil

Tapas Plate for 2
A sharing plate consisting of

  • Lamb kofta skewers topped with a saffron yoghurt
  • Marinated Goats Cheese

Duckling Breast
Roasted duckling breast served on a home- made hazelnut and leek ravioli , sauteed bok choy and parmesan wafer , topped with a masala creme fraiche

Eye Fillet
Tender fillet of beef cooked to your liking , served on a celeriac rosti , baby carrots and caramelized shallots , topped with a port wine jus and a sea salt and rosemary potato crisp

Veal Cutlets
Dukka crusted veal cutlets resting on smashed jerusalem artichokes and wilted snow pea tendrils,surrounded by a pistachio , currant salsa.

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella , wrapped in prosciutto and accompanied by a wild mushroom tartlet, asparagus spears and a sweet red wine reduction

Rack of Lamb
Lamb rack pierced with roasted garlic ,accompanied by soft polenta , grilled roma tomatoes, sauteed spinach and a rich thyme jus.

Kangaroo
Fillet of kangaroo cooked to medium - rare, topped by a refreshing salad of pear , fennel and pomegranate dressed with a home-made vinegarette

Fresh cos lettuce,crispy bacon , garlic croutons,anchovies and shaved parmesan , tossed in our home-made dressing , topped with a poached egg

Duck Salad
Shredded pieces of duck breast tossed through a salad of mizuna lettuce, vermicelli noodles, julienne carrot, coriander , and orange segments drizzled with a ginger and rice wine vinegarette.

Beef Salad
Tender slices of eye fillet steak sat on a salad of rocket, semi-roasted tomatoes,Spanish onion, crispy prosciutto and pine nuts dressed in a balsamic vinegarette.
